What materials are used for Otto Maps?
We use museum-grade 200gsm archival paper and fade-resistant pigment inks to ensure your map remains a centerpiece in your home for decades.
How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Standard production takes 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while international shipping may take 10-14 days.
Are the maps sold with frames included?
To prevent damage during transit and offer you more styling flexibility, our maps are shipped as high-quality unframed prints unless a specific framing option is selected at checkout.
Can I request a custom location not listed on the site?
Absolutely. We specialize in bespoke cartography. Simply use our 'Custom Order' tool to input your specific coordinates or city name, and our designers will handle the rest.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Because custom maps are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns. However, if your print arrives damaged or there is a printing error, we will send a replacement free of charge.
How are the maps packaged for delivery?
All maps are carefully rolled in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in heavy-duty reinforced cardboard tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
