Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label and authorization form.
Pack with Care
Securely place the map in its original protective tube or box to ensure it remains crease-free and undamaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
